I am about 10 weeks pregnant and just recently started experiencing morning sickness. Aside from ginger, tea, small frequent meals, and B6 vitamins, what are some other ways to alleviate the symptoms? I haven’t been vomiting but the nausea is very uncomfortable, long lasting, and seems to last even when I apply the things I’ve read…PLEASE HELP!

take your time getting up in the mornings and don’t rush getting ready.
then try some dry toast ,plain biscuits or crackers.

I was told to keep crackers or pretzels and ginger ale next to the bed and not to get up out of bed until I have eaten some of the crackers and drank a good deal of the ginger ale. Apparently, the theory behind morning sickness is that your blood sugar and hormone levels go “wonky” (yes, that’s the medical term) overnight and that causes nausea in the morning…so far so good but heck, it could be mental too…try it…
