But if suppose pregnant women get no morning sickness for the entire 9 months, is this very normal and healthy? Yes. I had NO morning sickness with my first and know lots of women who don’t experience morning sickness. Everybody is different.

I never had any morning sickness, not even once. My baby was perfectly healthy and my pregnancy uncomplicated. Consider yourself lucky, and don’t advertise it to pregnant friends!

I’ve read that it’s better to have morning sickness, it’s the body’s way of getting rid of things that could be harmful to your fetus, BUT not everyone has morning sickness. For instance I was pregnant with quintuplets last year and I never threw up once, I was nauseated, but no vomiting. It’s rare, but if you don’t get morning sickness be thankful.
