I’m only 4 1/2 weeks pregnant and for the past 4 days all I’ve wanted to do is stay in bed. It feels like I have the stomach flu and can be painful at times. And I don’t really have an appetite. I have no urge to throw up except for when I eat. But haven’t thrown up at all yet. Is this morning sickness or the start of a miscarriage? Thanks!

Morning sickness can differ for everyone, but it’s usually just a lot of nausea sometimes accompanied by vomiting. Pain does not usually come with morning sickness so you may want to call your doctor to be on the safe side.

womens bodies respond to pregnancy differently. For me I was sick, I didn’t do nothing but Vomit, I would wake up and have to I would eat and have to I even would Do it all through the day. It could be morning sickness it doesn’t sound like a miscarriage to me.

My morning sickness was so horrible. I got it around 6 or 7 weeks pregnant, and all I wanted to do was lay in bed or on the couch and watch t.v or sleep. In my case it felt like whenever I would see food, I would want to vomit. I only actually got sick 4 or 5 times, but I felt so nauseated forever. All I would eat were fruits, salads and anything cold. To me it sounds like it’s just morning sickness. It’ll pass though. Good luck with everything!!

you are experiencing the effects of morning sickness, just cause you aint thrown up doesn’t mean it aint morning sickness. It is nausea, having no appetite, and ya sometime there is pain because your body is telling you to eat, try drinking water because at any moment you could throw up.. It ***** but you want something in your stomach in case it happens.. ; Best of luck

Morning sickness! I first felt tired. Like I’ve never slept in my life tired. And that was even after I had a good 8-10 hours of sleep the night before. Then you get the sickness part (if you’re fortunate too experience it-lol). It really does feel like a flu though. Weak nasty tummy. You feel like you could vomit at any time and sometimes you do. Try to eat light. More snacking than big meals until that goes away. The heavier the meal, the more harder it is to keep down when you’re feeling low. One think that I noticed around pregnancy #2 is my toothpaste in the morning was starting my mornings off. You might want to switch to something more gentle in flavor if you’re experiencing something like that in the morning. Good luck!

Morning sickness is different for everyone. I can only tell you my experience. I started morning sickness at 8 week. I felt extremely tired, sick (like I was going to get the flu), extreme vomiting (all day!)
What you are feeling doesn’t sound like a miscarriage, don’t worry.
