I know a lot of people have different remedies for morning sickness. What are some of your?

The best one I have found is lemon drops. The old fashioned kind made with real lemon. They are wonderful.

Saltine crackers, lemon drops and those preggie pops worked for me this time.

i used to eat peanut butter (no jelly) sandwich b4 bed. also watch what you eat because sometimes that makes your stomach churn. there were foods and places (store bakery) i had to stay away from becase the smell was nauseating.

I LOVE ginger and a homeopathic remedy called Nux Vomica. I’m a big believer in natural remedies and these have really helped me!

I take ginger in whatever form I feel like, (tea, chews, syrup, etc.) and sometimes if its bad enough I’ll take both together and they work wonders!!!

i few things mentioned on here, saltines, preggie pops, lemon drops, etc worked only temporarily for me.. i called my OB nurse and she recommended I take Unisom (normal strength) every night before bed.

It works like a charm for the next day’s symptoms!
(i know its a sleeping pill but there is an ingredient in it that helps with morning sickness!)

Couldn’t have gotten through the 1st trimester without it!

a cold apple….also I heard that if you let yourself get too hungry….like if you wait too long to eat you get nausea….I liked the cold apples and laying on my side helped too…crackers and other things never really helped me, just made it worse….
