Try saltine crackers or ginger snaps. I had bad morning sickness with my second daughter and that’s all I ate was ginger snaps. So, give it a try. Congrats!

I would ask your doctor about it. It varies with different people. I ate a snickers every morning and that stopped mine.

Munch on some crackers before getting out of bed. Helps to relaxe the stomache. Sometimes hot tea helps. If it gets too bad have the doctor prescribe you nausea medication.

I took 2 extra tablets of vitamin B6 and B12, curbed it in 2 days and it would come back if I missed a dose. You can buy them at CVS etc.

You’re supposed to stay in bed without moving much for the first 15 minutes you’re awake. Have crackers and ginger ale right by the bed.

Protein! Protein! Protein! I know it’s difficult to think about when you feel like throwing up, but if you eat small protein packed meals and snacks throughout the day and even before bed, you will find you feel sick less. It’s due to rapidly rising hormone levels (and some people say it means you’re having a girl). Cold meat such as chicken or turkey tend to do the trick. There’s also a fabulous tea called Red Raspberry Leaf Tea that’s great for morning sickness and even during pregnancy when you’re feeling well. (google it)
