It sounds more like you have a stomach bug or food poisoning. I never had full on morning sickness, but I’m pretty sure you just feel nauseous and barf-not the grumbling you are speaking about. You will not have any lower intestinal pain.

constipation is more common w pregnancy than diarrhea, but every woman is different. for me i wake up w a sour stomach and feel sick to my stomach when ever it is empty. best thing to do is have saltine crackers by your bed. it does help. check w your doctor if you don’t feel better soon.

Each person is different. I never had really bad stomach problems in the morning it was in the evening when mine hit. The smell of food cooking got me. I only had abad leg cramps when I first woke up in the mornings. SO read you pregnancy book it helps you learn what to expect for it.

Cure morning sickness
I just threw up personally. It only happened to me when I brushed my teeth. If I felt naseous I would eat and it would go away.

I had diarrhea about a week before I had morning sickness. For me morning sickness wasn’t like the normal feeling of sickness, it was uncomfortable and I knew something in my stomach wasn’t right (my stomach felt like it was in my throat, then it seemed out of no where I would be rushing to the bathroom to vomit.
