Lol, unfortunately you can’t really stop ******. If you’re in your first trimester it may let up in your second. But it’ll come back FULL FORCE in your third. As far as morning sickness goes make sure you are eating small meals throughout the day so you don’t give your stomach the opportunity to become empty. Also, carry saltines around with you.
Things you shouldn’t do? Just use your common sense. No drinking, smoking, etc. Also do not do any strenuous activities. If you feel tired, rest. And make sure you’re taking some type of prenatal vitamin and drinking plenty of water. Congratulations and good luck!

Morning sickness is easy. Eat a cracker or two BEFORE you even get up and out of bed. Keep food on your tummy at all times, snack every 2 hours. You actually feel nausea when your stomach is empty. As for the urination, get used to it it gets worse, but you might want to check for a UTI at your neck appointment.
Good luck! It’s worth it!

I wish there was something you could about the frequent ******. I am in my second trimester and I still can’t stop that.
As for the all day sickness. Don’t force yourself to eat anything you don’t want to. Small meals are better than big ones. Crackers are great…and so is anything ginger.
But every woman does something different. You have to find what works for you.
Don’t worry about the baby….it will get everything it needs no matter what. Most women even lose weight in their first trimester.
So do whatever makes you feel better. And it does get better..eventually. I just started my fifth month….and I am still feeling nauseous sometimes. But its nothing compared to what it used to be.
Congrats and good luck!

Morning sickness is the bane of this dear. I have been told the longer it lasts the healthier the baby so hang in there!
It’s normal to *** more. There is more pressure on the bladder now. Oh, and it just gets worse I hear.

the ******… dont go away. heheh. Morning sickness… to avoid that, try having alot of crackers in the morning. I was pregnant with my first child at 16. Yes, I was still in high school. I got transfered to a teen pregnancy school. My teacher teached us a whole bunch. She says to avoid morning sickness, before going to bed place some crackers on the side bed. The first thing you do when you wake up is to eat the crackers… that’s suppose to help… it worked for me, I hope it’ll work for you.

well as a mom of 6 i can tell you theres not a lot you can do to cure those symptoms, for the ****** all the time believe me thats something thats going to be around for the duration, the morning sickness can be helped by eating small meals like toast and tea, and one thing that helped me was never letting myself get overly hungry. my biggest problem was being so tired, the first trimester is the worst, the second is the best you feel so much better, and the last 3 months were the longest that ive ever seen, the ****** is the worst then because the growing baby presses on your bladder, but its all worth it, when you get to meet that precious little bundle for the first time you are hooked, its like falling in love for the first time. i wish you the best for a healthy and easy pregnancy and a healthy baby. make sure you get good prenatal care, early, and take the prenate vitamins, of the things you shouldnt do of course smoking, drinking and drugs are a no no get plenty of exersise, walking is the best. take care of you and that sweet little baby you are nourishing you are the most important person in his/her life.

Totally use the saltines and drink lots of water. The more hydrated you are the better because the baby is using up so many nutrients. If your doctor hasn’t given you any then get some prenatal vitamins.
Try staying away from places with strong smells. This would include seafood restaurants and the like. They can increase your nausea
Avoid sushi and cat litter. The latter is especially dangerous for pregnant women, even clean litter. If you have a cat the make sure your husband/partner takes over that chore and make sure he washes his hands after.

There’s not much to do about the ****** all the time… please don’t reduce the amount of water you’re drinking thinking that will help though… you need a lot of water to stay healthy and keep your baby healthy.
As for the morning sickness…. here are some things you can try…
1. Cut out excessively fatty and spicy foods.
2. Avoid strong odors such as coffee and garlic.
3. Eat several small meals instead of three large ones.
4. Try acupressure; wear sea bands three quarter of an inch down your wrist in between tendons.
5. Infuse bathwater with grapefruit, orange, mandarin or lime aromatherapy oils.
6. Try ginger. If you don’t like the taste of it raw, try ginger tea or invest in some all natural ginger ale at your local health food store.
7. Take 1.9 mg of vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine).
8. Try homeopathic remedies such as Nux Vomica 30C, Sepia 30C or Ipecuana 30c three times daily for five days.
9. Try supplementing with two slippery elm tablets during each meal, which help soothe the digestive track.
Read some natural birth books, they have good ideas in them too.
