try eating some ginger nut snaps. they worked for me and try the whole eat before you get up thing, that may work.

Ginger tea, sour lemonade, cream soda (not all at once).

Honestly, if you are at the point that you cant keep anything down you need to go to the emergency room.

peppermints, ginger snaps (anything with real ginger, even ginger capsules work to ease the stomach), sour foods sometimes help (lemons, any natural sour food), Everyone has something different that works. Honestly, they say if you can force yourself to eat protein before you get sick then you should feel better sooner. This pregnancy was my worst and honestly, I kept beef jerky by my bed and would eat a piece of it before getting up. That was the only thing I could eat. and forget anything chicken. I couldn’t eat chicken for the life of me. If it smelt bad while I was cooking it, i couldn’t eat it. And everything had such funky textures that it made eating anything really hard for me. The beef jerky worked wonders for me, again, they say that you should have protein if you can because that’s what makes you feel better faster.

I had the same problem I was down 10 lbs in a week, but gained it all back. Have you been able to keep anything down at all? The doctors will be most concerned if you are dehydrated. I ended up going to the ER for iv fluids because I was so ill from the dehydration. After that I felt much better and was able to eat again, but only BLAND meals. Stick to white foods… potatoes, toast… nothing with any strong flavors. eat often, and eat only a few bites here and there.
It will get better, I promise. If altering your eating doesn’t help the Dr will give you meds (be sure to ask for non-drowsy though).
Also… the increased sickness doesn’t mean your baby will be the opposite *** as your first. I have had two totally different pregnancies, and they are both boys.

My morning sickness was really bad. Concentrate on eating whatever seems appetizing. If you are continuously throwing up, I would just go to ER. The docs there put me on Zofran which made me feel so much better (but it’s rather expensive). My regular ob doesn’t prescribe that, but he gave me Phenegrin which does completely knock you out, but it normally stops the vomiting. Good luck
