2boys asked:
By now I know there’s no cure for morning sickness. I know it won’t get better (sick all 40 weeks with 1st). But how do I keep up my morale and energy?

The best thing to do is drink lots of water and take a lot of “you” time. Know that it will end and just try to stay sane. (easier said than done, I know) Don’t forget to take your prenatal vitamins! If the sickness is getting so bad you can’t keep anything down, maybe talk to your doctor, she might perscribe you some gravol.

when i was having a morning sickness, my obgyn give me a medicine to lessen the symptom..it worked for me..why dont you try asking your obgyn?
Meanwhile, try not to think too much of it..think of how beautiful your baby is going to be!

Have you tried Seabands? If not, they might be worth a shot. They were a lifesaver for my morning sickness. They are sold at the local pharmacy for about $8/pair, and are accupressure wrist bands. I have met a lot of women who they have really worked well for.
Hope that helps a little! Chin up, your little one will be here soon….
