I was in the same boat in my first and second trimester. I couldn’t stand all the women who would come up and say, “I’ve never felt better!” I wanted to pull my hair out (or punch them). Even though you don’t want to eat anything, because it just makes you sick/throw up, it is best to have something in your stomach at all times. Use Trial and Error to see what you can keep down, crackers, decaf tea, some people swear by sour things, candies, lemonade. You’ll just have to see what you personally can stomach.
Although it is rare for “morning sickness” to last your entire pregnancy, it can. But for the majority of people, the sickness starts to subside once the placenta takes over and your hormones subside a little (around 14-18 weeks). Grin and bear it now…soon you’ll have a little bundle of joy that’s worth it!!

It sounds like you may have hyperemesis. i had it with my last pregnancy, and it was awful! You can talk to your doctor about getting some medication, especially if you can’t keep anything down, because you can get dehydrated. Phenergan is ok, but it makes you sleepy, but it’s also the cheapest. If you have good insurance, Zofran is the best but it is VERY expensive. Good luck, and remember, it will get better! Congrats on the pregnancy!

Id go to an internal medicine doctor if you haven’t seen your regular practitioner.

I was the same way, it definitely isn’t just constricted to the mornings. Theres nothing you can really do except go to your doctor at get them to give you something for it. That’s what I did and for some reason I waited until I was 5 months along to do so. I suggest you do that, you can either wait until the 1st trimester is over and see if it stops because it does for most women or go to your doctor now and get something to help because you have a baby growing inside of you and you need to eat or he won’t grow!! And you also want to be not stressed out while pregnant because if you’re stressed then baby is stressed and that’s no good. Well good luck and I hope that it stops real soon!

With both of my kids I had horrible sickness (all day). The only thing that I ate for the first few months were ginger snaps and Propel or gatorade. The ginger snaps are amazing.
Good luck and if becomes unbearable discuss options with your OB.
