Cure morning sickness fast…instantly.
TRY EVERYTHING AGAIN.
Ginger ale, snacking,… potato chips have helped me now. Good luck and sorry to see you’re going through this!

Take your prenatals before bed instead of in the morning. This makes a significant difference!

My suggestion would be to have water with you at all times and something salty. Usually salt will calm down your stomach. It worked for me when I was suffering through “morning sickness”. Ginger also helps calm your stomach.. so ginger snaps or something might work.
And yeah… if you are taking your vitamins in the AM, try taking them with food just before you go to bed. This is the only way I could take them without being sick.

talk to your doctor. They can perscribe a med for you that is perfectly safe for you and baby to take that will help with nausea. Try and keep your fluids up and eat dry crackers and stuff like that. Vitamin B6 can help too.

I suggest talking to your doctor about taking flintstone vitamins instead of prenatal until your second trimester. It really helped me with it. Also, if it is that bad there is medicine your doctor can prescribe.

Try ******* on peppermints or lemon drops a lot. I worked outside the home with my first two pregnancies and there were days when I had a mint in my mouth almost constantly! If you are worried about sugar in the candy, sugar-free worked great for me too.
Also, you could try Sea-Bands. They’re these little wristbands with a plastic button that lays on an acupressure point on your wrist that helps control nausea and vomiting. I was skeptical at first, but they’ve really helped me with my current pregnancy. You can get them at Walmart in the pharmacy section.

Talk to your doctor and see if there is anything that can help with nausea. You could also talk to your boss and see if s/he will let you go on sick leave until it eases if things feel really awful. I know that it’s not the same but I have had to take time off my full time college course during this pregnancy.
I am 23 weeks now and I feel worn out, constantly tired all the time and even sick. I have to call in alot and just stay in bed, but I understand that you need the money.

Cure morning sickness
UUGHHH. First of all, let me say poor you. I worked through my “all day sickness” and I felt like I was going to lose my mind it was so bad. I tried everything. I went through several phases of remedies to help. First I tried the saltines/ ginerale, then I found that eating/sucking on lemon wedges really helped for a little bit (not good for my teeth though) preggie pops were okay, then I got a prescription for Zofran which was a miracle worker. It was like I was human again. But about after a week or so my body got used to it and I only took it when I got really bad.
I take 1/2 a tablet of unisom and vit b6 which really helps lessen the symptoms throughout the next day. (doesn’t take it away completely). I am still taking it at night. It helps with sleeping and without it I feel terrible the next day. I had to constantly be eating something easy on my stomach. Nothing greasy or spicy. Protein and starch are good like crackers and cheese, or apples and peanut butter. Having the protein really can help. Also, it may sound bad, but a little diet coke really helped with the nausea too.
It took a lot of experimenting to find what worked best for me. Ive had it throughout my entire pregnancy to varing degrees. And now that Im in my 3rd trimester, its more intense but not nearly as bad as before.
Take heart, it will eventually get a little better. It really is SO HARD to deal with. If it is too early to tell anyone at work, try to deal with it the best you can. I had to tell a coworker around 7 weeks, because I felt like I had to explain why I was so sick all the time. It was nice to have someone who could offer some support and backup. But be careful who you tell, word can spread fast if you don’t want to tell your boss yet.
