I’ve heard the protein helps, and when I had morning sickness, poached egg on toast helped a lot. I’m trying to find something that says they are, but not really finding much. Thanks!

It’s hard to give a specific answer on that, as everyone has different reactions to food. Some people are completely nauseated by eggs, so it obviously wouldn’t be helpful for them. And you really can’t count what happened when you were pregnant, because your body chemistry is way off normal then…
Most doctors advised to stay away from dairy foods when you are nauseous, however when I’m really nauseated, ice cream is the only food I can keep down. My mother would eat Old El Paso chili when she was really sick – she never ate it any other time.

Eggs make me puke just thinking about them!
